City of Palmerston has submitted an application to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL), for a grant of land for community infrastructure in Zuccoli.
The Crown Land is approximately 46.95 hectares, being part of Lots 12087, 4250and 4251 Town of Palmerston (20Tuckeroo Boulevard Zuccoli, 512 Stuart Highway Johnston and 575 Roystonea Avenue Zuccoli).
The proposed site is for the purpose of constructing a community hub and maintaining the Mitchell Creek corridor for conservation and passive recreation purposes.
DIPL are inviting community members to comment on the proposed grant of land for this purpose. This can be done by writing to the:

Once the Northern Territory Government have completed this process, City of Palmerston will be undertaking further consultation with the community on its proposed concept design.
