The City of Palmerston is an active young community. The city is 21km south of the Territory's capital, Darwin, and has attracted many young families. Our population is approximately 28,000.

Our vision for the community is Palmerston - A Place for People.

The City of Palmerston offices are located on the corner of Chung Wah Tce and University Ave.

Office hours are: 8.15am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Nominations are now open for Event of the Year, just download the form provided. All nominees are recognised at a special Mayoral Reception to be held in January and the winners announced on that night but presented on Australia Day.
