The Palmerston Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre boasts a 50 metre olympic sized pool  and is located on the corner of Tilston Avenue and Bonson Terrace. The Centre runs a range of swimming classes including Austswim Aquatic Education classes from infants to adults and private lessons.

To join the local swimming club visit the Palmerston and Rural Swimming Club or for those interested in teaching their infants and toddlers how to swim, the GoldFish Bowl in Yarrawonga has its own undercover pool and runs regular classes teaching kids how to swim.
