Come dressed in your scariest costume and get your groove on at the Palmerston Library's Halloween Silent Disco on Friday 27 October, 5-7pm. Prize for best dressed!
Halloween Storytime Session
Join the Palmerston Library for their spooky Storytime session on Tuesday 31 October, 10-10.45am.
Prizes for best costumes, spooky stories, songs and craft activities.
Drop-in Youth Zone
Come and chill with friends after school at our new Drop-in Youth Zone in the Library Training Room (at the back of the library).
Check out TableTop Gaming every Thursday from 3-4.30pm. Play our games or bring in your own board game or cards. For ages 12+, no bookings required.
Drop-in Computer Sessions 2017
The City of Palmerston Library will be running regular drop-in computer sessions throughout 2017.
Runs every Thursday from 10am-12pm except during school holidays. Computers & iPads available, or bring your own device and get one-on-one assistance with all of your computer/IT issues, from a library staff member. All welcome, no bookings required.
Tactile Arts 'Art by the Lake' Workshops
Tactile Arts in partnership with the City of Palmerston Library are pleased to bring the Palmerston community a series of wonderful art workshops, which range from textiles to printing, felting, fibre arts and jewellery. It's the perfect way to work with some of our most celebrated artists and create your very own artwork.

Workshops are held on Saturdays at the new location of The Heights Durack Community Centre, 33 Packard Ave Durack. Spaces are limited and registrations are essential. Cost: $15.00 per person, per workshop. Ages 13+

Code Club is running at the Palmerston Library! Code Club is about fun, creativity and learning through exploring, and is a nationwide network of free, volunteer-led, after school coding clubs for children aged 9-12 years. All volunteers have current Ochre Cards.
Code Club runs in the City of Palmerston Library Community Room every Saturday morning 10am-1pm.

Gadgets & Games Club
Learning + Games = FUN! Is your child aged 5-12 years and do they enjoy hands-on, problem based learning activities? Gadgets and Games is based around STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) learning activities, and games for fun!
