Seniors Advisory Group

x3 Ladies Golfing

The Palmerston Seniors Advisory Group advocates for the interests of seniors in the municipality. The Group is chaired by Alderman Sue McKinnon and is composed of Council staff, representatives from relevant services, and members of the community.

Key issues presented at the Annual Seniors Forum guide the work that the Palmerston Seniors Advisory Group undertakes for the remainder of the year.  The Grey Goss newsletter, published and distributed quarterly by the Council, provides feedback on the issues that the group are working on, and other relevant information. The Terms of Reference outline the group's responsibilities and operation.

Got something to say on seniors' issues in Palmerston? Nominations for City of Palmerston's Seniors Advisory Group may be made at the annual Seniors Forum.
