The Heights, Durack Community Centre

Palmerston's first and only purpose built art and culture space is located at located at 33 Packard Avenue, overlooking the lake in The Heights, Durack. This facility provides Palmerston families and residents with the opportunity to engage with and enjoy art and to provide an amenity to support artists and creative enterprises.

The facility has high ceilings, plenty of cross ventilation and natural lighting. The art rooms open to a balcony, there’s a small kitchenette, storage space and the rooms themselves are specifically designed for art and craft activities. It is available to hold a class or cultural activity or to use the space for your own personal art and craft activities.

Bring your art and craft projects to work on while you get to know other artists. Optional BYO plate to share.  All art mediums welcome. Thursday nights: 6-7.30pm. No bookings required, just turn up. Registrations recommended:
