Traffic Disruptions - Stuart Highway
Due to the Energy Resources of Australia (ERA) oversized vehicle convoys travelling from East Arm Port to Jabiru, residents are advised of expected traffic delays on Saturday 17th & 24th November.
The convoy will travel at an average speed of 30 km/h with pilot and police escorts.
On Saturday 17 November, the estimated schedule is likely to be:
Depart East ArmPort about 6 am, travel along Berrimah Road, Wishart Road, Elrundie Avenue, Jenkins Road and down the Stuart Highway from Noonamah to Pine Creek.
Motorists are urged to be patient and take care if they encounter the convoy.

Tree Maintenance – Buscall Avenue Gunn
City of Palmerston wishes to advise tree maintenance will be carried out in roadside garden beds along Buscall Avenue Gunn.
Works are scheduled to commence 15th November 2012, expected to take 2 weeks and will be limited to the hours between 8.30am and 4.30pm.
Motorists are advised there may be short term traffic disruptions and are asked to follow all directions from traffic controllers.
Associated with this type of work will be the use of some machinery. The City of Palmerston apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
